By completing a reservation, the customer accepts the general terms and conditions and the cancellation policy set out here.
Once the reservation has been made, the customer will receive a confirmation through the contact method provided.
General Conditions
The final price includes all applicable taxes.
The accommodation reserves the right to request card details as a guarantee.
The reservation will not be effective until it has been confirmed by the establishment.
Cancellation Policy
Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date.
If the reservation is cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival, the total amount of the reservation may be charged.
In case of a no-show, the same penalty will apply.
